1. What this service is

discord-plugins.com ("the Service", "we") provides Discord applications and related memberships, including the MUSERVERS Games Discord bot (Jewel Legend, Texas Hold'em and Blackjack mini-games) and paid membership subscriptions that unlock benefits inside participating Discord servers, such as member roles and unlimited daily game time. A store for additional Discord plugins may be offered in the future.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You use the Service through your Discord account and must comply with the Discord Terms of Service. You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13 years, or higher where your local law requires it). We never receive or store your Discord password.

3. Free play time and memberships

• Free players receive a limited amount of active game time per day (currently 60 minutes, reset at midnight UTC). Informational commands such as help, profile and leaderboards are always free. We may adjust the free allowance.
• Paid memberships are recurring subscriptions (monthly or yearly) processed by Stripe or PayPal. Payment details are entered on the payment provider's own secure pages and never touch our servers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time via the Stripe customer portal (card payments) or your PayPal account; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If a renewal payment fails, membership benefits continue for a short grace period while payment is retried, after which they are removed until payment succeeds.

4. Virtual chips and scores

All chips, points and scores in the games are free virtual counters for entertainment only. They have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, deposited, withdrawn, transferred, redeemed or exchanged for money, goods or anything of value. The games are not gambling.

5. Refunds, disputes and chargebacks

• If a subscription payment is fully refunded, the associated membership benefits (including Discord roles) are removed.
• Opening a payment dispute or chargeback results in immediate removal of membership benefits while the dispute is handled.
• For billing questions, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly.

6. Acceptable use

You may not abuse, disrupt or attempt to circumvent the Service, including its free-time metering, automate interactions with the games, exploit bugs for advantage, or use the Service for anything unlawful. Server administrators may additionally restrict who can use the games in their server.

7. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Games in progress live in memory and may be lost during restarts or updates; completed statistics are stored. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features. We are not affiliated with Discord Inc.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes to paid memberships will be communicated before your next renewal.
