This policy explains what personal data discord-plugins.com ("we") processes when you use our website, memberships, and the MUSERVERS Games Discord bot, and what rights you have. We deliberately collect as little as possible.

We never receive your payment card details — payment pages are hosted by Stripe and PayPal. We do not read your Discord messages: the bot uses no privileged Discord intents and only responds to its own slash commands and buttons.
We process data to perform our contract with you (memberships, game features), and on our legitimate interests in securing the service, metering the free tier, and preventing payment abuse.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.
The website uses only functional cookies (a session cookie and a CSRF protection cookie) needed for the subscribe flow. No analytics or advertising cookies are set by us.
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request portability. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Data is stored on access-controlled servers; payment webhooks are cryptographically verified; secrets are kept outside the public web root; and the bot's database account has minimal permissions.
The Service is not directed at children under Discord's minimum age (13, or higher where local law requires). We do not knowingly process their data.
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the current version.
